Week 7 and 8

The last couple of weeks have been busy and hence missed out on writing last week

I ran in week 7 and past my 5k mark first time this year. I was proud and elated. Although timing was sloppy but I had great sense of achievement. I also swam once that week but didnt do well. Had couple of runs and a swim and weighed myself 75.6 kgs, 5.6 kgs in 4 months and lose that ugly belly.

Week 8 was a slippery slope. Had a emotional downturn which involved binging on crisps, chocolate and tasty banana loaf from Marks and Spencer. And I failed on exercise front. But weekend involved 5 mile walking and 1 hour of paddle boarding. But weight doesnt seem to lose. Still same numericals 75.6. A long way to go
